An inidicator for a new pandemic

In this talk, we present the methodology of the construction of a multicriteria indicator in epidemiology. This indicator combines incidence, transmissibility and severity. We make a historical perspective of the results of this indicator when applied to the COVID-19 case in Portugal until now.
Finally, we present the robustness analysis of this indicator.
